Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource Management.
- Talent Acquisition & Management, Oversee the recruitment process, screening, interviewing, selection and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR-related issues.
- Assist in managing disciplinary procedures and ensure they are conducted fairly and consistently in accordance with company policies and labor law regulation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems and tools.
- Track employee performance and development goals, and assist in addressing performance issues.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, local labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure all employees are aware and comply with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance data.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and metrics.
- Administrative Oversight, ensure smooth coordination and management of administrative tasks, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the HR department.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in human resource management/hospitality/legal/finance/business administration, or a related field.
- Min 5 - 8 years' experience in related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of industrial relations laws in Malaysia.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Working knowledge of other management system standards will be an added advantage.
- Excellent screening and placement skills.
- Strong execution and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgement.
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.00pm.
- Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang.
