Responsibilities
- Source competitive freight rates from carriers and agents
- Prepare and issue accurate freight quotations to clients
- Handle and respond to freight enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment processing
- Follow up on pending quotations to secure bookings
- Maintain and update the customer database and pricing records
Requirements
- 1-2 years of working experience in the shipping, freight, or logistics industry
- A strong interest in developing a career within the freight forwarding sector
- Basic knowledge of shipping terms and logistics documentation
- Good communication skills for effective client and vendor interaction
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple enquiries
- Willingness to learn (comprehensive onsite training will be provided)
- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Willing to work at Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang
- Commission on top of basic salary
