Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit customs declarations for import and export shipments.
- Check and prepare shipping documents for customs clearance.
- Liaise with Customs officers for customs paper clearance.
- Attend to customs examination and cargo inspection when required.
- Despatch and collect documents from shipping lines, forwarders and customers.
- Update customers and internal departments on clearance status.
- Update job records and close folders on time for billing.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least SPM.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customs declaration or freight forwarding operations.
- Familiar with customs declaration.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with both office work and outdoor runs to Customs.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Willing to work in Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang.
- Willing to travel for work purposes.
