Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly payroll, foreign workers' salary, OT, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)
- Perform HR related matters such as drafting letters, monitoring employee daily attendance, and assisting in recruitment
- Maintain an effective filing system and ensure proper maintenance of all payroll documentation
- Keep up to date with governmental bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and others for clarification on regulations and procedures
- Perform basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, and general filing
- Service clients with regular contact to obtain and provide relevant documents
Requirements
- Min Diploma or higher
- No specific working experience required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure
- Able to write and speak English, Malay and Mandarin
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player and able to communicate well
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized payroll software
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage
- Willing to work in Taman Perindustrian KIP, Sungai Buloh
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
