About the Company

The company's core businesses include car painting, train painting, building painting, renovation and interior design for 7-Eleven, myNEWS, Subway, A&W, etc., and renovation projects for the government.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly payroll, foreign workers' salary, OT, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)
  • Perform HR related matters such as drafting letters, monitoring employee daily attendance, and assisting in recruitment
  • Maintain an effective filing system and ensure proper maintenance of all payroll documentation
  • Keep up to date with governmental bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and others for clarification on regulations and procedures
  • Perform basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, and general filing
  • Service clients with regular contact to obtain and provide relevant documents

Requirements

  • Min Diploma or higher
  • No specific working experience required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure
  • Able to write and speak English, Malay and Mandarin
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player and able to communicate well
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized payroll software
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work in Taman Perindustrian KIP, Sungai Buloh
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
