Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation
- Address customer inquiries (local/overseas) and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Liaise with airlines, carriers, and vendors
- Prepare and review shipping documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any potential issues related to delays, damages, or freight charges
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions
- Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Open to both experienced candidates (2-3 years in logistics/supply chain) and fresh graduates with a proactive personality
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping documentation is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage local and overseas inquiries
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Alternate Saturday (8.30am - 1.00pm)
