Responsibilities
- • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and category developments in disposable medical devices.
- • Gather insights on customer needs, healthcare usage trends, and potential market gaps.
- • Support opportunity screening and early-stage concept research.
- • Assist in preparing business cases for new product opportunities.
- • Support market sizing, pricing research, and commercial viability assessments.
- • Consolidate research findings, sales inputs, and competitor benchmarks for management review.
- • Coordinate new product development projects from concept to launch under Manager guidance.
- • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as regulatory, sales, operations, procurement, and design teams.
- • Support supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, sample evaluations, and project timelines.
- • Follow up on packaging artwork, specifications, compliance documents, and launch readiness. Support product launch plans across medical, retail, and commercial channels.
- • Coordinate packaging development, product claims, and marketing materials.
- • Prepare sales support tools such as presentations, product sheets, catalogues, and training kits.
- • Maintain NPD trackers, project timelines, cost sheets, and launch calendars.
- • Prepare presentations, updates, and status reports for internal meetings.
- • Ensure proper documentation across all development stages.
Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- • 2–4 years’ experience in procurement, brand executive, product development, or related roles.
- • Exposure to FMCG, healthcare, medical devices, or personal care industries is an advantage.
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects is preferred.
- • Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- • Location: Ability to work on-site in SS15, Subang Jaya.
