About the Company
The company is a Japanese-owned group established in Malaysia in 1992. Its core business is the manufacturing and assembly of two-wheeler automotive parts for a leading Japanese brand, alongside precision manufacturing, industrial packaging, warehousing and logistics, and trading services.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with audit and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on financial and compliance matters.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with SST, tax filing, and relevant accounting standards.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
- Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang.
