About the Company
The company, established in 2019, is a fast-growing grocery retailer in the Klang Valley, running neighbourhood grocery stores alongside an online grocery platform with home delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monthly profit and loss reports by outlet and for the overall business.
- Gross margin, sales trends, wastage, shrinkage and inventory analysis.
- Cash flow forecasting, working capital and supplier payment monitoring.
- Budgeting, variance analysis and management dashboards.
- Full-set accounts, month-end closing and coordination with auditors and tax agents.
- Recommendations to improve outlet profitability and control operating costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MICPA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
- Working experience preferably in supermarket chains, grocery retailers, convenience stores, FMCG distributors or multi-outlet retail businesses.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.15pm.
- Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.

This is a hands-on management reporting role, not just supervising an accounts team.
