Customer Service Assistant – Bayu Tinggi, Klang

Company Overview

A printing company established in 2011, specialising in digital printing, offset printing, and inkjet printing.  The company provides clients with high-quality and cost-effective printing solutions that meet their unique needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Advising and assisting customer via walk in, phone, email or social media
  • Assist with placement of orders
  • To prepare relevant documents such as invoice, delivery order, and quotation
  • Arranging and scheduling delivery and transportation
  • Co-ordinate and support among all the team within the company
  • To perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • No experience needed
  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator will have added advantage
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with management
  • Good personality, able to multi-task, motivated and innovative
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Jalan Bayu Tinggi, Klang
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm (off first Saturday of every month)
